Chris Jennings is a Civil Engineer graduate from the University of South Alabama.
ICoastal Contractors & Renovations LLC hold a current Alabama Home Builders License and we are staffed for any interior work to commercial buildings (painting, cabinetry, sheet rock repair, door replacement – including metal entry doors.)
Coastal Contractors & Renovations LLC holds a General Contractors License in painting/waterproofing and concrete. We are well equipped to take care of the exterior of building from spalls and repairs to re-coats.
Coastal Contractors & Renovations LLC is also a certified IICRC Certified firm in applied commercial dry outs, commercial rebuild and microbial growth remediation. We have a 24 hour service for leak detection/water extraction/dry out set up.
Our objective is to provide our clients with the satisfaction of knowing their projects are being done on time, under budget and in a safe work environment.
Coastal proactively engages our clients in the early stages of design, planning and budgeting to ensure the project starts off right. Throughout the construction process, we continually evaluate means and methods to ensure the project is being built to the highest standards in a timely manner. We take pride in our ability to provide our clients with initial budget pricing, followed up with recommendations and suggestions for project efficiencies in order to deliver better pricing through value engineering.
We continually strive to find ways to value-engineer our projects to provide our clients with the most efficient and cost-effective outcomes. During the construction process, we use state-of-the-art tools to measure production and performance which allows us to execute each project with excellence
Founded in Orange Beach, Alabama by Chris and Ali Jennings, Coastal Contractors & Renovations LLC has been a constant fixture on the Gulf Coast since it’s start.
